I was reading the requirement for SUSE Manger 1.7 and they do not support SLES 11 SP3, do you know when this is will be supported?

It’s supported now, I have two desktops and one server running fine
all SLE 11 SP3, no virtual machines yet (well except SUSE Manager in a
kvm).

I have some VMware machines (SLES 11 SP3 for VMware) running on ESXi 5, is this going to be supported.

Yes, SLES 11 SP3 is supported by SUSE Manager.
