Hello,

I would like to know more about the product “SUSE Linux Enterprise Build System Kit” mentioned sometimes on the “recommended update”.

Is it something we should buy via a subscription ?
Is it free when you already have “standard” SLES subscription (like the SDK) ?
Is it something only Suse employee have access to ?

It appears there’s no such product. If I were to hazard a guess, I’d
guess someone got wrong the name of an actual product, and once that
got into one security or update notice, it ended up being copied and
pasted into new notices, along with the other products affected.

The powers that be will likely remove references to it from all the
places it doesn’t belong, now that it’s been brought to their
attention. :slight_smile:

Thanks for your answers.
Too bad the product doesn’t exist… I thought its repository could contain some packages I miss (e.g. krb5-mini-devel).
But that’s another thread.
