SuSE Registration failed

Hello,

trying to register SLES-15-SP2 after the installation.

SUSEConnect --list-extensions
To list extensions, you must first register the base product, using: SUSEConnect -r

SUSEConnect -r XXX -e XXX@siemens.com
Registering system to SUSE Customer Center
Using E-Mail: XXX@siemens.com
Announcing system to https://scc.suse.com …
Error: Connection refused by server https://scc.suse.com

curl https://www.suse.com Works!!!

What could be the problem?
Please help.

Your not going through a proxy by chance?

Ofcourse we are using proxy,

cat /etc/sysconfig/proxy ::

HTTP_PROXY=“http://xx.xx.xxx.xx:3128”
HTTPS_PROXY=“http://xx.xx.xxx.xx:3128”
FTP_PROXY=“http://xx.xx.xxx.xx:3128”

Problem resolved after system reboot. Huh!!!
