Update SLES 11 SP$4 to SLES12 Grub Error 15

Dear Sir or Madam,

I’m trying to update from SLES11 SP4 to SLES 12. Unfortunately, I get after installation when the machine reboots the error:

  • Grub Loading stage1.5.

GRUB loading, please wait …
Error 15

Can someone help me a lot what I have to do so the machine starts again?

us know how what steps you have followed “trying to update”.
