Upgrading sles 10.4 to sles 11.2

Hi All,

I have SLES 10.3 & 10.4 (X86-64) in my production environment. I want to upgrade these systems to SLES 11.2 (X86-64). Can the systems be upgraded to sles 11.2? & the production environment will be available as same? Can anyone provide documentation links on this?
