VNC Server Configuration on SLES 11.2

I’m using the REAL-Vnc Client 5 and connecting to a SLES 11.2 server.

I’m trying to figure out how to enable cut-copy-paste between my Windows 7 desktop and the VNC client session.
Anyone know how I can do this ? Or should I use another VNC client ?

Try using another client or other OSs (just to rule out cases)
To me the copy&pass me walking in some OSs, but I’m not sure who is to blame.
