in case you’re asking for a “virtual private server”, I’m not sure if we can advise as we don’t do hosting. If you’re looking for the Cloud software, here’s the link to get the eval version: https://www.suse.com/products/suse-cloud/

This is not the correct thread. SUSE Cloud is a product for building clouds.
However, in addition to Robert’s suggestion:
