One of my clients went to Zimbra from Exchange and was happy. Then they
bought into the cloud idea and tried to export the email, calendar and
contacts from Zimbra. All they could get was the email. They are not
happy now.

Sometimes you win sometimes you lose when you buy into new tech.
Sounds like someone should have done a bit more research before they
migrated.

Sounds like they need someone more skilled then. it isn’t THAT hard to
export, and about the only way I can think of that they managed to fail
was if they used IMAP as the sole extraction point.
