windows surface issue

Anyone run into an issue where tcp seems to be disabled? Not sure if
it’s a surface issue or just windows 8.

Any ideas how to get tcp working again?

I had this in my Win8 notes for resetting the stack

cmd prompt administrator
netsh winsock reset catalog and press enter
netsh int ip reset reset.log and press enter
restart computer

I’ve seen this happen with iPhones and iPads too.

Joseph Marton sounds like they ‘said’:

Upgrade to Android?[/color]

So my response to Joseph’s comment is…

That would be a better solution probably, but not my choice…

So my response to Steve’s comment is…

These had already been tried to no avail. It’s been basically reloaded
to fix the issue.
