X-Windows / GNOME install on SLES (EC2)?

Posting additionally to this forum on advice from others:

I’m new to SUSE, but am required to do some QA on SLES 11SP2 running in EC2. I need to setup X Windows & GNOME or other desktop and cannot find the equivalent simple install steps available for other Linuxes running in EC2, e.g.:

RHEL/CentOS> yum -y groupinstall "X Window System" "Desktop"
Ubuntu> apt-get -y install ubuntu-desktop

Can someone please clue me in on what are the steps with SLES 11SP2 ?

I’m not looking for how to use YaST or zypper, rather what packages are required and is there some group install mechanism for all the related/required packages.

thanks, David

Hi
Similar;

zypper in -t pattern x11 desktop-gnome

Else use YaST software management and select pattern in the dropdown
and check as required.
