Here, we have a sles 11 SP 4 not register in a security zone, no internet connections.
How i can register this, for activate update ? without internet.

How can you register with an Internet-provided service when you lack any
Internet access? I have no idea, unless you are not excluding indirect
access through something like SMT or SUSE Manager, which could be used to
register the product even though it does not have DIRECT access.

If you want updates from somewhere, you must have access to that
somewhere. Whether that somewhere is the Internet, or something local but
which then connects to the Internet, or is even something local but has no
connection to the Internet and has media transferred to it via manual
methods, is up to you. You must have access to data in order to access
data, and to use suse_register you need access to those servers.

Point it to SUSE Manager or SMT, which then hosts the media either
obtained via manual methods or, usually, the Internet.
If you do not have any connection, ever, at all, to the Internet, then you
of course will not get updates ever and there is no reason to register.
