Suggestions:
mgr-create-bootstrap-repo uses the locally synchronized versions of files
from the Tools repository, and uses the locally synchronized pool channel
for dependency resolution.
Both should be fully synced before running the mgr-create-bootstrap-repo script.

In Suse manager WebUi under Products RHEL 8 and RHEL 7 added , there its shows green sync.
This is same with RHL 7 also.
The what is wrong here and how I can fix this.
Any leads will be helpful.

Thanks
Sumit

I think you do nothing wrong. Do you have error messages about nightly syncronisation of the RHEL channels? All Channels synced every night automaticly. If there something going wrong, you see it in the notification tab where your screenshot from…

If there is no error, may you open an support ticket.

Hello Tinorienaecker,

Only that error is appearing on Webui of Suse Manager.
Not seen any other error.
This is happening from Friday. same error.
I am searching to resolve it. I am using evaluation version to test it. Not subscribed to the support.

Thanks

Looks like after sync its repeating same error
for RHEL 8 and 7.
Even I had added SLES 15 SP3 that is also throwing error.

mh, very strange. Its look like your channels missing these packages. SP3 is out of support. Did you try it with SP4 or SP5 ? Not sure is it possible to sync the sles channels without a subscription…

you can see sync logs ind /var/log/rhn/reposync … may you find some errror there…

For cat /var/log/rhn/reposync/rhel8-pool-x86_64.log

Looks like its pointing to empty repository.
might be this is the reason Product sync is also giving error in WebUi fr RHEL 7 & 8 in notification as Error no python* some packages are not found.

yes I agree. You see the number of packages in the GUI → Software → channel list → all

So all channels empty as well? How looks the SUSE channels?

If you did not have an subscription, you may test the suse Leap channel first.

For RHEL channels you need an subscription as well. I have no experience with that, did you do all these steps?
