Change resolution & character set for console in XenCenter

The current resolution and character set for the SLES 12.4 VMs running under XenServer are not optimal. See the embedded screenshot.

1. How can I change the resolution? Currently it is 24x80 characters.
2. How to change the character set. Now [FONT=Courier New][SIZE=2][COLOR="#FF0000"]yast [/COLOR][/SIZE][/FONT]looks totally destroyed when accessing it in XenCenter from the [FONT=Courier New][SIZE=2][COLOR="#FF0000"]Console[/COLOR][/SIZE][/FONT] register tab.
