I can’t see the SUSE Manager 1.7 and looks like it is not registered? please see the attachment.
I also the ran the above commands.

thanks

Hi
I’m guessing the attachment is the mirror list, so on the NCC page
under My Systems → Systems there should be an entry with the SUSE
Manager hostname and under the OS column sle-11-x86_64? If it is then
double click on it and it then under the section ‘Registered Software’
it should show “SUSE Manager 1.7 Server”?

If not then please re-register the server Via YaST → Other Novell
Customer Center Configuration, dod forget to check the box and add your
registration code.

Did you get any output from the commands or updates?

Hi
There have been some internal network issues at SUSE so can you try
again as this maybe the cause of it not syncing at the moment. You do
have a product etc now. So try the list command again.

Hi
So you have 1 subscription, this is a SLED or SLES system? Remember
SUSE Manager is standalone and excluded.

HI Malcolm,

No I do not, may be this what I am missing!!!
When I log in to the SUSE Manager I can’t see any patches?

Thanks

Hi
I would get an evaluation activation code, setup a virtual machine and
run through and install and register with NCC, the check and you should
see 2 systems subscribed. The try the sync, if the channels appear then
you can delete from NCC and create an activation key etc and run the
curl command on the virtual machine to register it with SUSE Manager.

You would also need to remove all the NCC repo’s from the virtual
machine.
