With GlusterFS in the catalog, this raises the question of how to connect to it for use in other services. Has anybody been successful with connecting to the Rancher Catalog provided version of GlusterFS from other services or stacks?

We just recently released GlusterFS to the catalog, but it is only really being tested on v0.46.0 of Rancher (which is still in the release candidate stage).
We’re adding in minimum rancher server requirements to the Catalog entries in this next release as well so in the future, if we add in catalog templates that aren’t compatible, it won’t show up.
