cups-1.3.9-8.46.48.1 printer error SLES11 SP2

Hi,

I am receiving these errors on the error_log of cups when trying to print. Every now and then the printer works but after the queue is empty, the error reappears and users are unable to print again. Cups server is on SLES 11 SP2

Hi.

I hate to ask the obvious, but here are two:

  1. Does this error go away (temporarily) after a reboot?
  2. Any reason why you can’t run a newer service pack? SP2 is really old…
