Email address mismatch in NCC

Hi,

There is this error in NCC and we can not find a way to change support
email address to correct one. How to do that? Otherwise we can not open
support request.

Please help!

Sorry for the problem, please call our support center and they can
assist you with this.

in the US you can call 800 858 4000
