Can anyone else recreate this? I’ve recreated it on two SLED 11 SP2 machines with two different users.
In Firefox go to the Add-ons page then click ‘Get Add-ons’. Searching for anything always brings up no results. Even searching for Add-Ons which are featured on the ‘What are Add-ons?’ page.
E.g. When I looked at the ‘What are Add-ons?’ page an Add-On called ‘Thumbnail Zoom Plus’ was listed. So I put ‘thumbnail’ in the search field and got no results. I went back to the ‘What are Add-ons?’ page, clicked the link for Thumbnail Zoom Plus’ and installed it. So the Add-On is compatible with the version of Firefox in SLED SP2.
Just occurred to me to try this with a different version of Firefox on a different OS. I get the same behaviour with Firefox 14.0.1 on Windows 7. Maybe something’s borked at Mozilla’s end.
Same here w/OpenSUSE 12.1 x86_64; guessing it’s the server side. Weird
that the first window shows up, but maybe that’s a different API, or
hard-coded in FF (don’t know, don’t really care).
Good luck.

Interesting url. It appears the Add-on search is working now. I still haven’t got used to them being called Add-ons though, they’ll always be Extensions to me.
