Info on how to configure a network connection can be found at
https://www.suse.com/documentation/sles11/book_sle_admin/data/sec_basicnet_yast.html
Is the problem that you have a network connection but no connection to the Internet, or that you have no network connection at all?
Which version of SUSE 11 Enterprise Server did you install? If you didn’t install SLES 11 SP3, then the solution to your problem is very likely to install SLES 11 SP3 instead of the version you have insatlled.
32bit version - https://download.suse.com/Download?buildid=4uiuDMzX0ck~
64bit version - https://download.suse.com/Download?buildid=Q_VbW21BiB4~
If you’re not sure which version you’ve installed look at the output of
$ cat /etc/*release*
$ cat /etc/issue
If you have installed 11 SP3, then can you post the output of
$ /sbin/lspci -knn
When posting the output wrap it in CODE tages (look for the # button when composing the post) as it will make it much more readable.
If you have installed 11 SP3, but you have no working network connection at all, you may be able to find the required driver at http://drivers.suse.com/
