iwatch for SuSE Enterprise 11 SP3

Hello,

does a stable package of iwatch exists for SLES 11 SP3?
Or is there any alternative?
I found a package for OpenSUSE 10.3. Can I use this?

There is an own build version for SLE 11 Sp3 on the openSUSE Build
Service;
https://software.opensuse.org/package/iwatch?search_term=iwatch+

Unsupported of course…

Hello,

I take a look at the unstable version from opensuse.org and it seems that I need
a few Perl packages which are also only available in a unstable version.

Too many unstable things in my opinion.

Does anyone know a comparable tool for SLE 11 Sp3?
Is it possible to use Nagios for a realtime filesystem monitoring?
