memcached missing on SUSE 12

Is there any plans to add memcached ? I can’t find it in any of the repositories. I can compile it from source but I would prefer a suse source.

I need it to try and compile hhvm on SUSE12, also we use it with Drupal and other php apps, so it would also be needed in this capacity.
