Warning to all: I just received an update notice on our Windows 2012 R2 servers indicating a new patch was available. The update is a “Preview” roll-up. Repeat, a “PREVIEW” update. I did a search on our WSUS server and found 6 or 7 of these preview releases, all of which I declined immediately.
That’s fun. Preview patches, with preview bugs. I wonder if they’ll have
preview patch patches after problems are found, and if those will also
have preview patches.
Quote from Elf, maybe to help micro$oft figure out how to get more people
to try these patches:
Santa: And if you see a sign that says “Peep Show”, that doesn’t mean that
they’re letting you look at presents before Christmas.

Good luck.

So my response to cmosentine’s comment is…
Ugh, I didn’t catch the word preview at first. Fortunately I manually
download and test on a very few servers before approving. Think it’s
only on 3 or 4 servers.
