NCC connection failed

hello
im new to Suse manager server and trying to understand why I can’t seem to access the Mirror Credentials with the password given by novel when you evaluation the product.
Everything works well until I got the step when it is requires to enter the NCC credentials and email and I see I’m getting “failed” on the test.

NCC connection failed.

Did you ever get a response for this? I’m having the same issue?

Hi
Your not using a proxy? You executed yast2 susemanager_setup to
configure and add registration details?
