Trouble connecting to NCC with mgr-ncc-sync

My SUSE Manager server is having some issues with syncing with NCC. Here is what is happening:

If I run “mgr-ncc-sync -d -r”, I am sometimes getting a 503 error in connecting, and sometimes it connects and schedules a repo sync for the various ones I have set up to sync, giving the following output:
----begin copy/paste----
susemgr:~ # mgr-ncc-sync -d -r

Every one of them fails with the following type of message:

----end copy/paste----

This has been going on for about a week now.

Any ideas?

Thanks.
