Ugh! Upgrading a sles10sp4/oes2sp3 server (64bit) to oes11 in offline
mode booting from sles11sp1 media.
Boot partition somehow got corrupted during the process, server won’t
boot now…)(#@&%)(#@&$!!!
Now rebuilding it, hoping to the NSS data is still ok & rights
somehow are still there…

I just did a sles 10 patch remotely. It didn’t come back. I went into
their office the next morning and discovered the RAID card had decided
not to play nice any more. Good thing it was in town here and not in
some other time zone.
