We are a private sector Communication services provider and are very happy to deliver our services using RKE2 based deployments.
Most of our customers are either banks or security concerned orgs, where we are doing the whole deployment using RKE2’s air-gapped methods.
Problem:
We are looking for deploying ISTIO and Monitoring solutions using RKE2 methods, but it seems impossible to clone or do the air-gap deployment of these Apps menu items.
Appreciate if someone can guide us the procedure to clone these helm charts for air-gap environments.
Yes, we are fully aware of these pros/cons of using the RKE2 based charts with RKE2 helm global tags section in all the helm charts and we do comply to those requirements, just in case if you think that could be the problem.
