One of my subscriptions is being used by a phantom system.
I can see “1/0 of 1” registered systems, even when the list of registered systems is empty. If I try to register a real system, I get an error of “2/0 of 1” registered systems.
I believe the error was generated during the upgrade from SLED12_SP2 to SLED12_SP3. I had some kind of “network hiccup” and apparently the license was used by a system with wrong or incomplete credentials. Unfortunately, since it does not appear on my list, I cannot un-register this phantom system.
Is there a way to completely free (or reset) a subscription ?
