The plugin name and the directory changed with Sles10 SP4

Install the latest jre-6uXX-linux-i586-rpm.bin from Oracle

In root
cd /usr/lib/browser-plugins
- Remove the old plugin if it exist
rm libjavaplugin_oji.so
- Create the link
ln -s /usr/java/latest/lib/amd64/libnpjp2.so
That’s it. Hope it could help
