Re: SLED 11 as a very small server

There are also some Enterprise based free distributions: Scientific
Linux and CentOS (RHEL based ones). They are rather stable, reliable and
have a very long term support. And they are rpm distributions. You may
also try Debian Stable (Squeeze at the moment) or Ubuntu LTS version
which are also stable and supported for several years (deb
distributions). All of them are free.

Hmmm…will have to think about this. I use FreeBSD right now as a
server and would like to change it to something more polished.
