SLES SP6 rmt-cli sync failing

I have installed rmt sever and registered SLES in scc portal. When trying to sync rmt with scc portal I am getting below error. Anyone faced a similar issue?

We do have proxy in the environment

It was due to bad proxy config. Its working as expected now.
