Good day,
We are trying to clear out a duplicate Unique ID from our SMT server, we followed the steps in TID 7003397 “smt-delete-registration” -g
However when the smt-list-registrations command is run again, we still see the duplicate unique ID and Hostname
Is there another step that is needing to be done?
Thank you,
-D
Another quick note,
When executing the “smt-ncc-sync” command I receive the following,
Cannot open file /etc/zypp/credentials.d/NCCcredentials for read: Permission denied
any thoughts?
chmod a+r /etc/zypp/credentials.d/NCCcredentials

Have you seen TID 7011387[1]?
