every possible detail and commands output were provided till 12th Feb.

On 14th Feb we got the first diagnostics from Support, which we disagreed and shared the appropriate reason for not accepting their findings the same day(within 4 hours). Since 14th Feb, despite several reminders(via email and Bomgar chat) we didn’t get any diagnostics shared by Support yet.

Another day passed without getting the diagnostics. :frowning: :mad:
