system wont load. Have grub rescue> on screen what do I do?

Installed suse 13.2 on a brand new hard drive on acer aspire 5670 that had to be restored. Everything installed correctly, system working absolutely fine.
Switched off yesterday and today when switched on it wouldn’t load suse. Get "error: failure reading sector 0x403880 from ‘hd0’ Entering rescue mode.
Then I get “grub rescue>”
so I assume it is waiting for me to input a command?
If so, what command?
Any help please?

“suse 13.2” would seem to suggest you are using openSUSE 13.2
rather than SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) which this SUSE
Forum is for. If this is the case (and “cat /etc/*release” would
confirm) then you should repost your issue in the openSUSE Forums
@ https://forums.opensuse.org/forum.php
