Anyone here running backupexec 2012 in their location? We are looking
at replacing some tape drives and wanting to make sure they’re
supported by Symantec.
We are looking at these:
Quantum LTO-3 half height TC-L32BX-EY-B
Quantum LTO-3 ‘library’ EC-LLDAA-YF-B
Anyone know if these are officially supported? I’m looking around on
Symantec’s web site and have not found any documentation yet. These
are both external, scsi connected drives.

I’d be surprised if they weren’t. If I remember rightly so long as the
OS supports them I think Backup Exec will. Ah Backup Exec… takes me
back. Oh the joy of backups!
