upgrade SLES 10 sp4 hang on during boot process

I am the new to Suse Linux and upgrade the SLES 10 sp3 to sp4 and sucess fully upgraded with the physical DVD on IBM X3650

after upgrade the server reboots and hang while network configuration process.
unable to skip the test connection internet, mouse and key board is not working to skip the test, how can we disable/surpass this test option.

any suggestions will be appriciate.

What type of keyboard/mouse usb ps2? or are you using a KVM?

If you press the esc key just after the grub boot, does that work to
see the console output, there may be a clue there.
