Upgrading from Rancher v0.59.1 to v1.2. Advice please

I haven’t touched my install for a while and I’m running a pretty old version. Just wanted to check that I won’t have any gotchas upgrading such and old install.

Can I just follow the upgrade instructions for my single node Rancher host using the instructions listed here:

My DB is hosted externally. Details of my install version numbers are:

Rancher v0.59.1
Cattle v0.148.1
User Interface v0.90.0
Rancher Compose v0.7.2

You should be able to yes, though we certainly don’t test upgrades going that far back. I would make a backup of the database first.
