Virtual Machine Driver Pack 1.7_02 - heads up

Hi,

I recently added the VMDP 1.7_02 to my Windows 2003/08 virtual servers. All
nics went to 1gb connections and this also added the Xen disk driver. All
was good.

The issues that appeared were that you could not do a “nslookup” on the VM
and the Novell Client 2sp1 on the Windows 2008 server would not connect.

The work-around is to “Disable TCP Checksum Offloading”.
Go to the properties of the LAN driver → configure → Advanced → Set
"TCP Checksum Offload (IPv4) to disabled
