Hi,
I have a client over on the coast in Oregon. I upgraded their server
from SLES 9 to SLES 11 and from Groupwise 7 to Groupwise 2012. It all
went south and even though SRs with Novell have helped, these people have
had it with me. I care about these people and don’t want some fly-by-
night screwing them over. Can you recommend someone in the northwest
that I can turn these guys over to?

I don’t know if he handles GroupWise at all, but I do know someone who
knows the SLES stuff cold out in the Beaverton area (suburb of Portland).

Indeed it is, and I understand that you’ve been in touch. 
And yes, we still want to move out there as well. Still hoping to find
something that lets us move to the South Waterfront area in Portland. We
really liked that neighborhood when we visited last March.
With any luck, I’ll have landed something permanent within the next month
that will let me be anywhere. (Was supposed to interview this morning,
but we had a technical glitch with the phones, of all things).

Of course. The rule of thumb is the more important it is the more likely
