NetIQ Qmunity is currently in transition to NetIQ Cool Solutions. Until
it’s released I’d hold on to your article(s).

As Simon says, it’s being built. The old Novell Cool Solutions pages
for NetIQ products are still active and will be migrated over to the
new site once it’s online so you can submit articles for those products
if you have any. http://www.novell.com/communities/coolsolutions

Once the new site is online, it will cover all the products.
