More NetIQ SR’s that show as “awaiting Novell” but I can’t get any
answer/response (is it really that hard to get the technician to at
least respond??)

I’ve inquired repeatedly to make sure that the technician received the
information requested as I had to FTP it.

I’ve inquired repeatedly (and I believe I’ve been more than patient
waiting almost 5 days) for an answer to a simple question relating to
the documentation.
