Finally saying it...

Ok, guys, I’m finally going to say it. I don’t know if I’m posting this in the right place or not, but I’m going to say it anyway. Here goes.

Since Sept 2006, when I was divinely inspired by a beautiful blonde angel at a book store where she whispered, “…look at SUSE…”. I was a seething mass of anger toward that hated Microsoft when it caught her attention and she asked,"…are you ok? What is wrong?". I explained my hatred for Microsoft and what they had done to me, that they had awakened a fire breathing dragon and will forever, with evangelistic fervor, declare the subversive, substandard horror of Microsoft and that condemned monkey-boy that runs the tyrannical beast. I was already familiar with Linux and was frantically seeking a source for a SUPERIOR operating system. I knew of Solaris(Unix) and Linux, but now I was on a serious safari hunt to cast out the Microsoft demon.

Behold, a chorus of angels focused a bright high beam of light while singing in grand harmony on a book called,“The Bible of SUSE”. Inside the book was an install disk of Suse 9. Well, I took it home and installed it. Then, with glorious awareness, I was awakened to the superiority of SUSE. Immediately, the system that Microsnot shot and killed rose from the dead with a new body and a new spirit. I jumped up from the chair and ran out of the house and, with arms high, shouted," I HAVE DISCOVERED LINUX. BY THE GRACE OF GOD, I HAVE FOUND A BLESSED SUPERIOR DISTRIBUTION!!! BLESSED BE THE NAME OF SUSE!!!"

Since then, I have used, studied, and studied some more this most fine operating system. So here goes, I love SUSE. There, I said it. Thank you, guys, for such a wonderful distro of Linux. I can not say enough good words about SUSE, but the first one that comes to mind is…love.

Now that I have caught my breath, I wish the entire SUSE team a great big “Thank You” and keep up the good work.

With sincere gratitude,

happy you are happy, but get a grip.
its just an operating system, not a Holy Grail…

i also became of aware of SuSE in the nines (i think it was 9.1, or
maybe .2) but there is plenty of room to argue which distro is best,
especially for the various needs…like, i would never recommend
openSUSE for the internet facing server of a company/institution…(of
course, i wouldn’t recommend Windows for anything more important than a
Windows phone, without a battery.)

ymmv–i think you might need to think more on what is REALLY important.
