How to upgrade this GUEST OS SLES11x64 to SLES11SP2x64 from the sles11sp2x64.iso ?

So your existing guest is SLES11 (SP0)?

If so, to get from SLES11 to SLES11 SP2 you need to go via SLES11 SP1.
