Issue in booting SLES 10 SP3

Hi,

We are using SLES 10 SP3 (SAP Application isruuning on it)

After changing the RAM, we are getting issue in Starting the OS. Black Screen presist

It shows

FATAL : Kernel too old

on selecting the Failsafe option.

What is the best way to overcome the issue
Please find the solution.

What was the change in RAM you made? Replaced existing RAM with the same
stuff? Add more RAM? If you undo the change does the problem go away?

compatibility issue between something like glibc so what was the last
package change you made, and when did it happen?

They replaced the RAM with same memory.

If you undo the change does the problem go away?

haven’t tried yet.
