I’ve just installed SLES for VMWare from DVD and have noticed that zypper has no online repositories configured. The only configured repository is the for the install DVD. I’ve been Googling for a list of official SLES 11 SP3 repositories for me to add to zypper, but have had no luck. Can anyone point me in the right direction.
Hi
If you register the system it should add the required repositories.
Normally there is a list of repositories on your Novell Customer Center
page along with the mirror crendtials to use if manually adding.

+1. I cant find any information about official online repositories.[/color]
As Malcolm said in his reply to tomwardrop back in October last year,
you need to register the system to get access to the repositories -
there are no public repos available (that’s partly what you get by
paying for SLES, or in your case VMware).
