Can someone prod backline/engineering on this? The technician that has
the call has been fine, but we’ve had this call open since Sept. 2011
(yes, OVER A YEAR) and backline/engineering is dragging their feet.
I see someone else in the forums is having the same problem as well.
Since I took the time to gather simultaneous LAN traces, etc. it would
be nice if someone actually looked at them.
