My old copy says:
“LICENSED USE
LICENSES. The Software and each of its components are owned by Licensor or other licensors and are protected under copyright laws and other applicable laws. Subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants to You a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to reproduce and use [emphasis mine] copies of the Software within Your Organization (as defined below).”
The subscription terms and conditions (https://www.suse.com/products/terms_and_conditions.pdf) say:
“2.Authority. You represent that You are the licensee and have rightfully acquired licenses for all software covered by each Subscription Offering. If You are not using the SUSE Product or Subscription Offering as an end user and You have a separately executed agreement with SUSE (e.g., You are an OEM, VAR, etc.), the terms and conditions herein shall not apply to You.
3.End User License Agreements. Software You receive as part of a Subscription Offering for a SUSE Product (e.g., an update), if not accompanied by its own license terms, is subject to the end user license agreement accompanying the SUSE Product.”
My question is, does the subscription include the license, or is it provided by the EULA?
Also, what is the current EULA?
