Outlook connection problem with cyrus

Hi again.

We have SLES 11.3 with postfix and cyrus as a mail server. Some client machines with outlook does not connect with the server, but after n tries they finally do. In other servers I sole to use dovecot and sometimes require to touch some parms to manage outlook ckients, but it is my furst experience with cyrus. Any hint?

what’s in the Cyrus logs during the failed connection attempts?
