Plugin Shield to the Rancher Elk Stack

I would like to add Shield as a plugin into the Rancher Elk Stack for security. I was wondering if anyone has gone about doing this and could give me any tips.

I’ll second this. I’m setting up and elk stack right now, and could fall back to firewalls and an nginx .htpass prompt, but I’d rather use Shield.

I may take a stab at integrating Shield at some point during the next couple of weeks, and if I get it going, I’ll post back here.

@shawn Were you ever able to get Shield plugin working with Ranchers ELK stack?

Nah, we didn’t get Shield up and running. Because we are a smaller company, the cost of Shield did not outweigh it’s benefits.
