SMT Server support deploy client diff version and how to register re-subscription to scc.suse.com

1.SMT Server use SLES12 sp2 and register subscription for SUSE Linux Enterprise Server or license to suse.com. Do i can deploy patch to client server use OS SLES for SAP right?
note: SMT Server use SLES12 sp2
CLient server use SLE12-SP2-SAP
2. how to re-new subscription for smt server or New Code to suse.com .
