There are a lot of good catalog stacks available. However, many times you would want to configure them differently. E.g. I want to use EBS volumes from Rancher EBS storage driver with Percona Cluster. However, since the volumes are hard-coded in docker-compose, the only way to do this is to modify the file and run your own stack. Now if the UI gave me the option to mount the volumes in pxc-data from EBS volumes already added to the environment, that would be great.
Is something like this on the roadmap? The ability to deploy a catalog stack in multiple ways would make the catalog more useful. In my opinion, the availability of catalog is a huge factor in better adoption of Rancher.
